About the Role We are looking for a tech-first, highly analytical Product Manager to own and scale our core Motor Insurance portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling end-to-end motor insurance flows—ranging from frictionless digital onboarding and instant quote generation to complex underwriting engines and seamless claims settlement. If you are obsessed with reducing user friction, understand the underlying technical architecture of APIs, and have a proven track record of shipping successful insurance products, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Own the product roadmap for the Motor Insurance vertical. Drive the strategy, design, and execution of both private car and two-wheeler insurance journeys.

Frictionless UX & Conversion: Architect high-conversion onboarding, vehicle discovery, quote comparison, and checkout flows. Continuously run A/B tests to optimize drop-offs at every stage of the funnel.

Deep Tech Integration: Collaborate with engineering to build robust API integrations with insurers, vehicle databases (VAHAN), regional transport offices (RTOs), and payment gateways.

Underwriting & Claims Digitization: Work closely with actuarial and risk teams to integrate energetic pricing models, fraud detection algorithms,



and instant digital claims processing.

Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track core North Star metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, Premium Per User, Claims STP/Straight-Through Processing rate, and NPS).

Who You

Are The Blueprint: You have 4–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years spent explicitly building end-to-end Motor Insurance journeys (New Policy, Renewal, or Claims) within a rapid-growing InsurTech or FinTech ecosystem.

Educational Pedigree: A degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB or equivalent global universities). A robust engineering or tech background is highly preferred.

Tech-Fluent: You can comfortably speak the language of engineers. You understand microservices architecture, system design, API structures, and how databases interact.

First-Principles Thinker: You don't just copy market features. You dig deep into user behavior, regulatory boundaries (IRDAI compliance), and technical constraints to build elegant solutions.

Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and external Insurance Partners without direct authority.
