Job Summary The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, providing product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewelry requirements.
Guide customers in selecting gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewelry.
Explain product features, pricing, purity, certification, and care instructions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle billing, order booking, and documentation accurately.
Assist in inventory management, stock display, and merchandising.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Participate in promotional campaigns, festive events, and product launches.
Follow company policies related to security, cash handling, and compliance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
3–12 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, jewelry,



or customer service (freshers may also be considered for entry-level roles).
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
