Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Steward role on third party roll based in Rajpura.

The Safety

Steward will promote a solid safety culture by monitoring work areas, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting routine safety inspections, conducting safety trainings.The role involves responding to safety-related concerns,



coordinating with operations and management to address risks, and maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, observations, and corrective actions.

The Safety

Steward will also provide guidance to team members and visitors on secure work practices and emergency procedures.

Qualifications Diploma in engineering preferably with safety diploma.

Skills required- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey safety requirements and collaborate across teams.

Knowledge of food & beverage safety practices and standards, including hygiene and contamination prevention.

Experience in delivering or supporting training sessions, particularly related to safety, Understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Attention to detail and ability to conduct systematic inspections and accurate documentation.

Ability to work in office in Rajpura and adapt to a fast-paced, operational environment

Prior experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, or food processing facilities is an advantage.
