Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and meeting defined sales targets. The specialist will support marketing initiatives, such as local promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility activities, while collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Daily responsibilities include conducting customer visits, handling inquiries, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



and providing feedback to improve sales strategies. The role may also involve assisting with training sessions and product demonstrations to increase customer awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

Robust Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.

Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting client relationships.

Proven Sales experience, with the ability to meet targets, negotiate deals, and manage the sales pipeline.

Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance and help train colleagues or partners when needed.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts, local market dynamics, and promotional activities.

Ability to work on-site in West Delhi and travel locally for client meetings as required.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Preferred: Prior experience in a sales or marketing role and a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
