Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottayam. The individual in this role will advise clients on travel options, design customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and tour activities. Daily tasks include handling reservations, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and digital communication.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will coordinate with suppliers, track bookings, manage changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate documentation and payment processing. This role may also involve mentoring junior staff,



contributing to sales targets, and supporting the development of new travel packages and promotions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, with experience advising clients and planning comprehensive itineraries.

Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and other services accurately and efficiently.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, along with proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role.

Solid communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with travel booking systems and office software, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace.

Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa and travel documentation processes, and fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
