The role will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules in alignment with global demand and available capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual, monthly, and daily production & sales plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders.
Monitor material requirements, ensure timely availability, and coordinate with Warehouse & QA teams.
Track production schedules, identify delays, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
Drive OTIF dispatch performance through root cause analysis and improvement actions.
Optimize inventory levels using ABC-XYZ analysis and lean material flow tactics.
Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, and Warehouse for smooth operations and disposal of non-moving stock.
Ensure data integrity for material master (MOQ, Lot size, safety stock, procurement).
