We welcome fresh Diploma/ITI graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a successful career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship.
Maintain site measurements, billing records, and documentation.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Track material usage and inventory.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients.
Requirements
ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of construction and site execution.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for projects when required.
