NLocation: Mumbai | Remote Role

NFirstlight is building India's leading influencer marketing agency for FMCG brands.

NWe're looking for someonewho loves the chase, someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing partnerships with some of the country's biggest FMCG brands.

NWhat you'll do:

N- Build and own a pipeline of FMCG brands and marketing agencies.

N- Lead outreach, pitches,negotiations, and commercial discussions.

N- Close recent business and hand over clients seamlessly to the campaign team.

N- Grow long-term client relationships that turn into repeat business.

N- Represent Firstlight inmeetings, industry events, and wherever opportunities exist.

NMust have:





N- 3–5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships

N- Experience selling Influencer marketing, media, or advertising

N- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

N- Comfortable owning revenue targets and working independently

NGood to have:

N- Existing relationships with FMCG brands, agencies, or marketing teams.

N- Experience in influencer marketing or the creator economy.
