Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the operations of the Gold Loan business within the Salem Cluster, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify prospects for business expansion and product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.




Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines to maintain the bank's reputation and integrity.

Requirements
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing a gold loan business, preferably in a regional or cluster-based setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making to drive business performance.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance work setting.
