Salary: 12,000 – 14,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:
Counsel students about ACL courses and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their goals.
Support student admissions and onboarding process.
Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Positive command of English & Hindi.
Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.

Position 2: GD Motivator / Personality Development Trainer

Location: Lucknow

Type: Part-Time / Flexible

Timing: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Flexible Batch Timings)

Salary:



8,000 – 10,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct group discussion sessions for students.
Train students on communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
Evaluate student participation and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for GD, interviews, and personality development.
Improve students' public speaking and soft skills.
Create an engaging and motivating classroom workplace.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
Confident personality with leadership qualities.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Experience in GD training, interview preparation, or mentoring preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills can apply.
