Role Description The Social Media and Operations Associate is a full time on-site role based in New Delhi. In this position, the associate manages day-to-day social media activities, email handling, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across relevant platforms. The role involves coordinating workshops and client sessions, handling scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting the founder.

The associate also assists with basic marketing tasks, such as drafting copy, preparing presentations, and updating the website or promotional materials. Collaboration with the founder to streamline operational processes and ensure a high-quality client experience is a key part of this role.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid social media management skills, including content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.





Candidates should possess operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, coordination of events or sessions, maintaining databases, and handling basic documentation.

Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and spoken English, professional email etiquette, and comfort interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should possess basic marketing and content skills, such as drafting short-form copy, creating presentations, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Relevant experience of least 1year in social media, operations, or administrative roles is preferred; familiarity with AI tools to create content is appreciated.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; proficiency with tools like Canva, AI to create content and basic office software.

Salary range - 20,000 - 30,000 per month
