We are looking for a driven and results-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist with robust staffing experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment

JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
Use advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean search, social media hiring, and job portals

.
Screen and shortlist quality profiles before client submission.
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closures.
Maintain and update candidate data in

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)





and ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Engineering.
Minimum

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, CV Sourcing, and Headhunting.
Experience in

Oil & Gas, EPC,

Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience working with

ATS platforms

.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
Immediate joiners based in Mumbai preferred.
