About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand identity across platforms. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who can independently plan, create, and execute impactful branding and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Threads.
Develop monthly content calendars and execute engaging campaigns.
Create and oversee content including blogs, reels, videos, podcasts, founder branding, employee branding, and product campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for content production.
Plan and manage photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts, and campaign launches.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.




Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, followers, website traffic, and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Branding, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience in founder branding and B2B marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
Strong project management skills with a creative and data-driven mindset.
