NPosition: Techno Commercial Manager – Food Ingredients (Gummies & Nutraceuticals)

NRole Overview:

NThe Techno Commercial Manager combines technical expertise with business development to support and grow the Food Ingredients business. The role involves providing application support, developing formulations, solving manufacturing challenges, and working closely with customers and the sales team to identify opportunities and deliver tailored ingredient solutions for gummies, nutraceuticals, soft capsules, and functional confectionery.

NKey Responsibilities:

Provide technicalsupport and conduct customer visits across India.

Develop and optimize formulations for gummies, nutraceuticals, and soft capsules.

Conduct laboratory and production-scale trials and troubleshoot processing issues.
N
Recommend ingredient solutions, including hydrocolloids, modified starches, sweeteners, fibers, and other specialty ingredients.
N
Prepare technical reports and customer recommendations.
N
Collaborate with globalsuppliers and cross-functional technical teams.
N




Support business development by converting technical discussions into commercial opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging food ingredient technologies.

nQualifications & Skills:

N

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, or M.Sc. in Food Science.
N
Experience: 2–6 years in food ingredients, gummies, nutraceuticals, soft capsules, or functional confectionery.
N
Robust knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and manufacturing processes.
N
Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
N
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and technical documentation.
N
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
N

nTravel Requirement:

N40–60% travel across India to support customer manufacturing facilities.
