Join BFSI as Vice President for Global Credit Administration, where you will lead, monitor, and manage Credit Rating activities and provide strategic direction for Pan India branches.

Responsibility:
Manage and monitor the function of Credit Rating for Pan India branches.
Coordinate with all client office branches to ensure smooth Credit Rating activity.
Resolve matters with respective branches and BFSI's Compliance and Servicing branch.
Oversee Internal and External Audits.
Identify and meet training requirements of staff.
Approve Credit Rating-related work and ensure compliance with training deadlines.
Review and reengineer processes to remove redundancy.
Develop Pan India team and educate staff on procedures and practices.
Provide guidance and suggestions for servicing branches and other sections.




Set strategic goals for the team and assist BFSI in strategic planning.
Review team performance monthly and report to Group Head and Management.
Hold regular team meetings to provide guidance and identify areas of improvement.
Assist in decision-making for staffing, training, and team management.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Global Credit Administration.
Robust leadership and strategic planning skills.
Proven experience in credit risk management and compliance.
Ability to manage internal and external audits effectively.
Proficient in team development and process reengineering.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
