Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager with 4 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a quick paced workplace.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for key business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations and compliance.
Define program scope, goals, timelines and success metrics.
Track progress, identify risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across all levels.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to fintech.
Analyze program performance and recommend improvements.




Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements
4 5 years of experience in program/project management.
Technically very strong.
Basic to intermediate understanding of the fintech space (payments (preferred) or banking).
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in fintech banking or financial services.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
