Role & responsibilities The Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for driving home loan disbursements by identifying potential borrowers and building a network of lead-generation channels. The role focuses on active field sales, onboarding and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and forming strategic tie-ups with Real Estate Builders and Developers.
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Existing network of local DSAs, real estate brokers, and builder contacts is strongly preferred.
Solid field-sales drive and relationship-building skills.
