Lead the institution's training, placement, internship, and industry engagement initiatives to enhance student employability, strengthen corporate partnerships, and achieve institutional placement goals. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual Training & Placement strategy and action plan.

Plan and conduct aptitude, technical, soft skills, communication, and interview preparation programs.

Identify students' employability gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.

Establish and maintain solid relationships with industries, corporate recruiters, and HR professionals.

Coordinate internships, industrial visits, expert lectures, career guidance sessions, and industry collaborations.

Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and placement activities.

Facilitate placement opportunities and career guidance for eligible students.

Promote industry–institute interaction through MoUs, alumni engagement,



and corporate networking.

Maintain student, recruiter, internship, and placement databases with accurate records.

Prepare placement reports, statistics, and documentation for AICTE, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, and institutional audits.

Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to align training initiatives with industry requirements.

Monitor placement performance, employer feedback, and student outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure timely communication and effective coordination among students, recruiters, faculty, and management.

Achieve annual placement and internship targets while enhancing employer satisfaction.
