Job Summary

We are hiring Telesales Executives for the Banking Sales Process. The role involves calling customers, explaining banking products, generating leads, and selling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards. Candidates should possess excellent communication and convincing skills to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and sell banking products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Required Skills
Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
