Reviewing the quality of textbooks and material created
by content team.




Reviewing the corrected assessments of the teachers
and providing them with appropriate feedback.

Qualifications and Experience
Should have worked/working as HOD English.

Educational Background: A masters degree in English or
a related field, with recognized teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE).

Experience: Extensive teaching experience with
Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A-Level English, and a strong understanding of Cambridge assessment criteria

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a
department, mentor teachers, and develop a high-quality curriculum.

Pedagogical Expertise: Solid classroom management and
teaching skills, with experience in assessment, feedback, and differentiation
to meet diverse student needs

Professional Development: Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to
lead professional development within the department.
