Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our Retail Sales department, specializing in Tractor and Crop Finance. Your primary goal is to promote and sell our financial products and services to farmers and agricultural businesses, helping them access the capital they need to thrive. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
Build and maintain a robust network of farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions, including tractor loans and crop finance options.
Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide accurate advice to customers.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, working closely with the operations team.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Attend industry events, trade shows,



and farmer gatherings to promote our financial products and services.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the bank's agricultural finance business.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or financial sector.
Solid knowledge of agricultural finance, including tractor loans and crop finance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Robust analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
