Zyga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Process Associate – US Healthcare to join our growing operations team. We are seeking professionals with robust knowledge of US healthcare processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflows independently.

Position: Process Associate – US Healthcare
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In-person

Key Responsibilities
Handle US healthcare process workflows accurately and efficiently
Review and process healthcare-related documentation and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely process completion
Ensure quality and compliance with client guidelines and SOPs
Identify process gaps and suggest process improvements
Maintain reports and track workflow status
Handle escalations and complex cases independently




Support team operations and ensure productivity targets are met

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare processes
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and documentation
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in Home Health, Medical Billing, Insurance, or Healthcare Operations is an added advantage
