Sourcing: Find candidates using job portals.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess skill and cultural fit.
Coordination: Partner with managers to define job needs and schedule formal interviews.
Closing: Manage job offers, handle salary discussions, and assist with onboarding.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2+ years of proven work experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting.
Skills: Robust verbal and written communication, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Okhla Industrial Area Phase-i, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
