Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care in Ward, ICU, NICU, PICU, or OT as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing records.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, surgeries, and emergencies.
Operate and monitor medical equipment relevant to the assigned department.
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with NABH standards.
Educate patients and attendants on treatment and post-care instructions.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post B.Sc. Nursing with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
1–5 years of experience in Ward, ICU, NICU, PICU, or OT.
Positive communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
