Identify, meet, and build long-term relationships with architects, builders, developers, electrical contractors, and consultants who influence or decide product specification and purchase.
Physically visit under-construction sites (residential societies, commercial complexes, industrial projects) to identify decision-makers — site engineers, project managers, purchase heads, contractors.
Track construction stages (electrification/wiring stage, fit-out stage) to time the sales pitch correctly.
Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads through site visits, referrals, and market intelligence.
Prepare and share quotations, product proposals, and samples as required.
Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the assigned territory (via site boards, municipal approvals, contacts, online project trackers).




Maintain daily/weekly visit reports, lead trackers, and sales funnels (CRM or Excel-based).
Experience: 2–5 years in field sales, preferably in electrical goods, building materials, or construction-related products (cables, switchgear, lighting, appliances, or similar).
Must have a two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license; local area/market knowledge preferred.
