Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling, developing, and establishing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling the periodic maintenance and servicing of multiple weigh bridges under AMC contracts while ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of weighing system.
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Road Weigh Bridges, Rail Weigh Bridges, and Process Weighing Systems.
Perform periodic inspection, calibration, and health checks of multiple weigh bridges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Diagnose and rectify faults in load cells, weight transmitters, junction boxes, controllers, indicators and associated instrumentation.
Responsible for maintaining AMC schedules, service reports, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.




Coordinate with customer maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled and emergency service activities.
Attend site breakdowns within the committed response time and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
Ensure proper functioning of Road Weigh Systems and Rail Weigh Bridges.
Must have hands-on experience with weigh bridges, process weighing systems, and industrial weighing instrumentation.
Knowledge of electrical wiring & panel troubleshooting.
Preference will be given to local candidates from Visakhapatnam or nearby locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
