Roles and responsibility
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the company's products or services.

● Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

● Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.

● Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify prospects for growth.

● Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and offers.

Key Skills Required:

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Telugu.

● Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

● Persuasive and confident in pitching products or services.

● Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a professional attitude.

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
