Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, sharing project details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and available offers.
Understand customers' property requirements and preferences.
Follow up regularly with interested leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.





Requirements
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
