Job Summary

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating current business prospects through outbound calls, identifying customer requirements, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound calls per day.
Generate new business leads.
Maintain customer database.
Explain product features and pricing.
Schedule appointments for sales executives.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-up.
Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualification
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience
Minimum 2 years in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.

Skills
Solid communication skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently.
