We are a growing interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns. The role focuses on lead generation, campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) and Meta Ads campaigns.
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation strategies.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall performance.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and local SEO.
Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign and conversion performance.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Robust understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and SEO.




Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, home décor, or related industries.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
