Alpha Learning is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Science Teacher to teach students of Classes 9, 10, and 11. The candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations while developing conceptual understanding. Key Responsibilities Teach Science to Classes 9 and 10 (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). Teach the assigned Class 11 Science subject(s) based on specialization. Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons. Prepare students for CBSE/State Board examinations. Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions. Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain attendance, academic records, and progress reports. Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required. Participate in academic planning,



faculty meetings, and school activities. Use digital teaching tools, smart boards, and presentations to enhance learning. Required Qualifications B.Sc./M.Sc. in the relevant Science subject. B.Ed. preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for Classes 9–11. Robust command of CBSE or State Board curriculum. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Preferred Skills Board exam preparation expertise. Ability to simplify complex concepts. Solid problem-solving and mentoring skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms. Positive attitude and commitment to student success.
