Ø Punctuality in reaching ward in time.

Ø To follow assigned responsibilities given by nursing in charge

Ø Carry out nursing assessment of each patient and maintaining records of assessment

Ø Take care of all patients based on orders given by clinicians / RMOs (collection of specimens’ investigations and medications etc.)

Ø Assist and report clinicians during their rounds in ward.

Ø Maintain personal hygiene of patients

Ø Maintain self-hygiene and follow hand hygiene and positive nursing practices.

Ø Assist in admission and discharge of patients.

Ø Maintaining good inter personal relations with patients and their families with good behavioral practices

Ø Maintain good housekeeping with the help of housekeeping staff (mama / mavshi) in the ward

Ø Follow biomedical waste disposal practices

Ø Carry out good communication with clinicians, RMOs and patients

Ø Maintain adequate supplies of medicines and disposables in the ward as defined

Ø Maintain records of stocks of medicines and disposables in the ward





Ø Checking of all equipment’s in the ward and keeping them in order with the help of maintenance department. Follow breakdown maintenance SOP.

Ø Create secure setting in the hospital to prevent accidents and falls.

Ø Communicate critical condition of patient to concerned clinician promptly. Maintain record of communication made.

Ø Records and reports nursing care, treatment, medicine correctly and promptly.

Ø Reports and records any losses and breakage in the unit

Ø Gives orientation to patient and relatives about physical facilities, policy rules and regulations of the hospital.

Ø Participates in pre and post management.

Ø Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
