We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Field Nurses to provide healthcare support through home visits and community-based care services.

Key Requirements:
Qualified Nurse with basic clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field, including visiting clients at their homes.
Ability to conduct basic health assessments and monitor the overall health status of clients.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable traveling independently for client visits.
Ability to maintain accurate records and report observations to the clinical team.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach to care.

Experience:

Prior experience is not mandatory.

Freshers with the required nursing qualification and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:




Conduct home visits.
Assess and monitor clients' health conditions and report findings to the Nurse Manager or clinical team.
Assist clients with routine healthcare needs as per established protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of visits, assessments, and observations.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, comfortable working independently in the field, and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to clients in their homes.

Pay: ₹15,136.46 - ₹25,450.60 per month
