Charan's International Institutions is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective students, convert enquiries into admissions, and support the institution's admission goals. Candidates with experience in credit card sales, banking telecalling, insurance, loan processing, or other outbound sales processes are highly preferred due to their strong communication and conversion skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the lead database.

⁠ ⁠Counsel students about courses, admissions, scholarships, eligibility, and career opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing timely follow-ups.

⁠ ⁠Maintain regular communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

⁠ ⁠Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission appointments.

⁠ ⁠Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally and resolve queries.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.

⁠ ⁠Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission conversion targets.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management.





⁠ ⁠Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

⁠ ⁠Prepare daily calling reports and conversion updates.

Required Skills

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage).

⁠ ⁠Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.

⁠ ⁠Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.

⁠ ⁠Good computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

⁠ ⁠Ability to handle pressure and achieve admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Admission Counselling, Credit Card Sales, Banking, Insurance, Loan Sales, or BPO.

⁠ ⁠Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree preferred.
