We are looking for a result-oriented Mentor to guide aspirants preparing for competitive exams such as , , and .

The mentor will be responsible for academic guidance, strategy building, motivation, and performance tracking to ensure maximum student success and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Mentorship
Guide students on exam strategy, syllabus breakdown, and smart preparation
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions (live/recorded)
Provide personalized study plans based on student level

Performance Tracking
Analyze mock test performance & weak areas
Give data-driven feedback and improvement plans
Track student progress and ensure consistency

Motivation & Accountability
Conduct weekly motivation sessions
Ensure students follow daily targets & discipline




Handle student anxiety, burnout, and confusion

Content & Engagement
Create short educational content (Reels / YouTube / Live sessions)
Host webinars & strategy sessions to attract leads
Act as the face of the brand (optional but powerful)

Conversion Support (Very Key)
Guide students toward course enrollment
Build trust and influence decision-making
Follow up with leads (soft selling approach)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,619.12 per month
