Product Owner – eCommerce

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 6+ years of experience in eCommerce and Agile/Scrum settings. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Define product vision, roadmap, epics, themes, and user stories while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive customer discussions, manage scope, and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Participate in product demonstrations,



retrospectives, and release planning to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Ensure regular software releases and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating BRDs, user stories, RTM, FVM, and functional specifications.
Robust knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital commerce processes.

Preferred:
Experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce, VTEX, Spryker, Kibo, Oracle Commerce Cloud, or similar eCommerce platforms.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
