We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officers (RMO) / Registrars to join our Critical Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for medical professionals who are passionate about ICU and emergency care and are eager to work in a technology-enabled, patient-centric healthcare environment.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality critical care while following evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive bedside care for ICU and High Dependency Unit (HDU) patients.
Conduct patient admissions, daily clinical rounds, and emergency management.
Perform critical care procedures such as:
Intubation
Central venous catheter insertion
Arterial line placement
Basic ventilator management
Collaborate with senior intensivists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Monitor patient progress and ensure timely clinical interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
Coordinate with nursing staff and communicate effectively with patients' families.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, mortality & morbidity meetings,
and continuous medical education programs.
Required Qualifications
MBBS degree or FMGE-qualified candidate.
Valid State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration.
2–4 years of experience in ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or High Dependency Units.
Solid clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
