Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced CAD Draughtsman/Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into exact, execution-ready drawings, ensuring every detail from structure to interiors is accurately documented.

Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings—including plans, sections, elevations, and site layouts—using CAD software.
Develop comprehensive electrical, plumbing, and interior detailing drawings.
Create precise built-in furniture drawings and custom joinery details.
Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and ready for onsite execution.
Collaborate with architects and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
Adhere to project timelines while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications




5–10 years of skilled experience in architectural CAD drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
Solid experience in structural details, sections, elevations, and interior detailing.
Ability to deliver execution-ready documentation within set deadlines.
Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction and interior documentation.
