6 months to 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred).
Individual Target handling / Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre .
Candidates must have robust communication skills and should be willing to work with admission targets .
Job Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the telecalling team
Drive admissions through solid follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
