The FG Stock Out Data Entry Executive is responsible for recording all finished goods outward entries in ERP/Excel, maintaining accurate dispatch data, and supporting store & dispatch operations. The role ensures proper documentation and real-time stock updates.
Key Responsibilities
Enter FG stock outward data (dispatch, sales, transfers) into ERP/Excel system
Update daily stock movement records accurately
Maintain invoice, challan, and dispatch documentation
Verify dispatch quantities with physical stock before entry
Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams
Generate daily/weekly stock reports
Maintain proper filing of FG documents for audit purpose
Ensure zero data errors and timely entries
Assist in stock audits and reconciliation
Data entry roles mainly focus on accurate recording, verification, and updating of data in systems, ensuring proper documentation and error-free records
Required Qualifications
Minimum Intermediate (10+2)
Any Degree (Preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of computers & MS Excel
Skills Required
Basic ERP / Excel knowledge
Positive typing speed & accuracy
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of inventory/store operations
Valuable communication skills
Ability to handle data systematically
