Solar Park Site In-Charge (O&M;)

Job Summary

Venkathirr Renew Energie is looking for a Solar Park Site In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a commissioned utility-scale solar power plant in Pudukottai. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar plant O&M;, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the solar power plant.
Monitor plant generation and SCADA performance.
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency.
Supervise technicians, security, and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate with vendors, DISCOM/TANGEDCO, and service providers.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain proper housekeeping and security of the plant.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in utility-scale solar power plant O&M.;
Knowledge of SCADA, inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, and switchyard operations.
Solid leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred
Experience managing MW-scale ground-mounted solar power plants.
Familiarity with TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO procedures.

Pay: ₹13,955.02 - ₹35,000.00 per month
