Job Description – School Operations Manager (CBSE School)

Position: School Operations Manager

Reporting To: Principal / Management

Job Purpose

To oversee the overall administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, regulatory compliance, efficient resource management, and a safe, supportive environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the school's day-to-day administrative operations.
Supervise administrative, transport, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms, statutory requirements, and school policies.
Oversee vendor management, procurement, inventory, and asset maintenance.
Coordinate facility management, infrastructure upkeep, and safety measures.
Monitor transport operations and ensure student safety protocols are followed.
Prepare and manage administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
Coordinate school events, inspections, audits, and official visits.




Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports.
Work closely with the Principal, HR, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure efficient school operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in a CBSE or reputed educational institution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
