Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales management and leadership.
Solid knowledge of the insurance industry and bancassurance products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with Axis Bank or similar institutions is an advantage.
