Role & responsibilities :We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a predominantly field-based role, where the primary responsibility is to engage with customers through regular field visits across the assigned territory. The selected candidate is expected to spend the majority of their working time meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting product presentations, identifying recent business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. Field sales and territory development will be the core focus of this position.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities and Government Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with Government departments,PSU Banks, Railways and Institutional customers.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, and order execution.
