Role & responsibilities
Manage collections and recoveries for the Tractor Loan portfolio.
Achieve collection efficiency and delinquency reduction targets.
Conduct field visits for overdue account follow-ups and customer meetings.
Monitor high-risk accounts and initiate recovery actions.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for case resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain collection MIS and portfolio tracking reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery, preferably in Tractor Loans, Agri Finance, Vehicle Finance, or Rural Lending.
Robust knowledge of delinquency management and recovery processes.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
