Role & responsibilities
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Assist customers with styling and product selection.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
Maintain product knowledge of collections, fabrics, and fashion trends.
Ensure merchandise is displayed as per VM guidelines.
Coordinate with billing, alterations, and warehouse teams for seamless customer service.
Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and company SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Sales and styling ability.
Positive product knowledge and fashion sense.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts.
