We are hiring experienced AR Callers Physician Billing for our US Healthcare process.

2-way cab facility available (25km radius)

Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding physician claims.
Analyze claim denials and underpayments to identify root causes.
Work on AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Insurance Follow-up.
Review EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
Ensure timely reimbursement while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Update claim status and document call outcomes accurately.

Required Skills
1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling Physician Billing.
Positive knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Experience in Denial Management, Insurance Follow-up, Appeals, and AR Follow-up.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, and ERA.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to work from the office in the night shift.

Qualification
Any Graduate.

Preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days.
