Role & responsibilities
Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and suggest mitigation measures.
Review accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements for accuracy.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance and prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
Develop and implement audit plans, SOPs, and internal control frameworks.
Support process optimization, cost control, and business efficiency initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
Candidate should have 5 to 6 years experince in Internal Audit.
Candidate must organize audit plans and SOP's.
