About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram).
Develop campaign strategies to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead Quality.
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.





Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience with Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta Lead Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lead generation for B2B, Education, Real Estate, Healthcare, Finance, or Service-based businesses.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing processes.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
