We are seeking a seasoned and energetic Techno-Commercial Skilled with 15–20+ years of experience to lead the Tendering & Proposals function for O&M; contracts of thermal power plants, covering both BTG (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) and BoP (Balance of Plant) packages.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end tendering process for O&M; contracts, specifically involving BTG and BoP packages for thermal power plants.
Costing & Strategy: Develop detailed cost estimations for manpower, spares, and materials while optimizing pricing models to ensure a competitive advantage and profitability.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Execution teams to prepare comprehensive, compliant, and timely techno-commercial proposals.
Risk Mitigation:



Analyze RFQ/RFP documents to identify critical commercial and technical risks, ensuring all bids align with company standards and client expectations.
Negotiation & Analysis: Participate in pre-bid meetings and client negotiations, and conduct post-bid win-loss analysis to refine future bidding strategies.
Process Optimization: Maintain historical bid databases and leverage data-driven tools to continuously improve and digitalize the tendering process.

Qualifications

B.Tech / MBA Finance / CA
Experience- 15+ Years in Thermal Power / Coal Handling / Mining sectors.
